Plain terms for a straight deal.

The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Falcyn ("we", "us") for the use of falcyn.ai and app.falcyn.ai (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

What the service is

Falcyn helps you run a job search: it discovers roles, scores your resume against them, drafts application documents, prepares you for interviews, and tracks your pipeline. The service is currently in a limited beta; the up-to-date list of known limitations is published and linked from the app, and access may be limited to invited users while the beta runs.

You act — Falcyn never acts for you

Falcyn prepares; you execute. The service does not submit applications, send messages, or take any other action on third-party platforms on your behalf. Every submission, post, and message is reviewed and sent by you. This is a design commitment, and it also means responsibility for what you send sits with you: review drafts before you use them, and make sure everything you submit to an employer is accurate and yours to submit.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

There is nothing to bill. Falcyn is free while we're in beta and no paid plan is currently offered — see the governing-law section below for why. When paid plans open, the price, the renewal date, the cancellation effect and the refund window will be on the pricing page and adjacent to checkout, not only here.

Your content and your data

Your resume, your stories, your documents, and your applications are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to provide the service — nothing more. You can export or permanently delete your data any time from Data & privacy in your account. How we handle data, encryption, and consent is covered in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

About the AI — read before you send

Falcyn's drafts are generated with large language models grounded in your own profile and the job description. They can still be wrong, incomplete, or phrased in ways you wouldn't choose. Review every draft before you use it. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or any job-search outcome — no honest tool can.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering; no using it to misrepresent your identity or qualifications; no unlawful use. When you act on third-party platforms (job boards, ATSs, LinkedIn), their terms govern your actions there — Falcyn gives you drafts and information, and what you do with them must comply with those terms. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", and during beta features may change or be imperfect. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects consumer rights that your local law grants you regardless of contract.

Termination and changes

You can stop using Falcyn and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. When we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

We have not published an operating entity or governing law yet, so we are not taking payment. Those details are with our counsel. Until they are published here, Falcyn is free to use, no paid plan is available, and no payment method is collected — a contract you can't attribute to a named party is not one we're willing to sell under. This is enforced, not promised: the paid plans do not render and the checkout endpoint refuses to open a session.
