What we collect
We collect what's necessary to do your job search: the resume you upload, the LinkedIn profile you import, your preferences for roles and locations, and the applications you choose to send. We never sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.
How we store it
Personal data lives in an encrypted vault separate from operational data. The vault uses per-tenant encryption keys held in a managed KMS. Operators of Falcyn cannot read your resume contents.
What the AI sees
When the AI tailors a resume or drafts a cover letter, the relevant pieces of your profile are sent to our LLM provider under a zero-retention agreement. The provider does not train on your data and does not retain prompts beyond the call window.
Consent and submission
Falcyn never emails employers, submits applications, or contacts third parties on your behalf without an explicit click from you. Every external action requires gesture-proof consent.
Export and deletion
You can export everything we hold about you, in plain JSON, from Settings → Privacy. You can delete your account and all associated data with one click. Deletion is immediate; backups are purged within 30 days.
